Logsmith Subprocessors
Overview
This page lists the third parties Logsmith Inc. uses to process Customer Data in providing the Logsmith service, as described in our Terms of Service and Data Processing Agreement. "Customer Data" means the telemetry, logs, metrics, traces, alerts, source code, and configuration the Service accesses from a customer's connected systems.
We update this page at least 15 days before adding or replacing a subprocessor. To receive change notifications by email, write to [email protected] with the subject "Subscribe: subprocessor updates."
Subprocessors of Customer Data

| Microsoft Corporation (Azure AI Foundry) | Large language model inference | As for the model providers below, transiently, to generate Output | United States (East US 2) |
| Anthropic, PBC | Large language model inference | Alert content and excerpts of logs, traces, and source code, transiently, to generate Output | United States |
| Google LLC | Large language model inference | As above | United States |
| OpenAI, LLC | Large language model inference | As above | United States |

Model providers do not train on Customer Data.
Customer Data transmitted for inference is used only to generate the response and is never used to train or improve any model. Anthropic, Google, OpenAI, and OpenRouter are configured for zero data retention: they do not store Customer Data. For Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft may retain prompts and outputs for up to 30 days solely for abuse and misuse monitoring, with access restricted to authorized Microsoft personnel, after which they are deleted; this data is not used for training.
We will provide written evidence of these configurations on reasonable request.
